Responsible gambling
Updated
This site is for adults only: 18 and over.
Gambling is paid entertainment with a built-in cost: over time the casino keeps part of what is staked. It is not a way to earn money or to win back losses. Play only with money you can afford to lose, and decide before you start how much that is.
Signs that it is time to stop
- You stake more than you planned, or play longer than you meant to.
- You try to win back what you lost.
- You borrow to play, or hide how much you play.
- Gambling takes time or money away from things that matter to you.
Tools at the casino
A casino may offer deposit limits, a cool-off period or self-exclusion. What each casino in our top offers, as far as we have read it, is on its review page under “Safer-gambling tools”.
